But we are not writing to comment on your rooms -- very nice-- or your theme --interesting and fun, this is to tell you that your personnel are wonderful. We were greeted by some of the nicest folks; we never passed anyone in the hallways that did not say hello. The people that served breakfast were more than representative of good staff; they were warm and careful with all our family, particularly the little ones. The front desk staff were very gracious and are an excellent addition to your hotel. Their willingness to be helpful, even in awkward situations was greatly appreciated. When we had family (who lived in town) visit us in the hotel, they aided us, directing us and made sure that we were all comfortable. Their assistance will be long remembered as a particularly special contribution to our stay. Thank you, and please make sure you give special commendation to your restaurant and front desk employees.
